SRX6859201: 10x Genomics reads from Microcebus murinus individual Calendula aligned to Mmur 3.0
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 312M spots, 87.1G bases, 39Gb downloads

Design: High-molecular weight DNA was prepared using the 10x Genomics Chromium platform. Libraries were size selected to approximately 550bp and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 4000 system at the Duke University GCB Sequencing Core with paired 150bp reads. Aligned bam files were prepared using the 10x Genomics LongRanger v2.2.1 pipeline.
Submitted by: Duke University
Study: Sequencing and assembly of multiple individuals from a recent radiation of mouse lemurs.
show Abstracthide Abstract
Mouse lemurs are a group of primates that rapidly diversified in Madagascar. Making genomic resources available for this group enables investigation of the genetics underlying the speciation process. Mouse lemurs are also of conservation concern and genomic data can be used for testing historical demographic hypotheses to better evaluate conservation goals and understand the natural history of Madagascar.
Sample: High quality whole genome alignment from animal Calendula
